I've been making this at home quite frequently and the great thing about it is that it takes about 2 seconds to whip up and the flavor possibilities are abundant!
What you need (I always use organic, use if you can!) :
- Your favorite mustard (I like to use brown, horseradish, chipotle or jalapeƱo mustard- I change it up daily)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Black Pepper (optional)
- Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt (optional)
I don't have measurements for this because it depends on how big your salad is! Add your mustard and apple cider vinegar (and salt & pepper if you like) into a small bowl, mix around, then add to your salad. Easy as that! enjoy!

ReplyDeleteSalad is the best snack! :) My type of salad I usually eat is mixed with spam, corn & grapes! :) With a drink of cold milk! Yum yum!! :)
