RealFoodeas: My favorite salad dressing at the moment & it's so easy to make!

I have learned that it's much easier to get your greens on with a great big salad when you have a delicious dressing to top it off with. However, a lot of salad dressings are full of unnecessary nasty additives, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and often times loaded with calories.





I've been making this at home quite frequently and the great thing about it is that it takes about 2 seconds to whip up and the flavor possibilities are abundant!



What you need (I always use organic, use if you can!) :

  • Your favorite mustard (I like to use brown, horseradish, chipotle or jalapeƱo mustard- I change it up daily)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Black Pepper (optional)
  • Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt (optional)
I don't have measurements for this because it depends on how big your salad is! Add your mustard and apple cider vinegar (and salt & pepper if you like) into a small bowl, mix around, then add to your salad. Easy as that! enjoy!

    Salad is the best snack! :) My type of salad I usually eat is mixed with spam, corn & grapes! :) With a drink of cold milk! Yum yum!! :)
    You could try that combo too!! :)
